Constituents visit Parliament

On Friday, Dr James Davies, MP for the Vale of Clwyd, welcomed constituents to the Houses of Parliament.

Over 50 people were given a guided tour of Parliament and then joined Dr Davies in the Jubilee Room for refreshments and a question and answer session.

The tour included Westminster Hall, Central Lobby, the Commons Chamber, the Lords Chamber, the Royal robing room and the Terrace.

Dr James Davies MP said: “This was the first trip we have organised and I was thrilled to welcome so many people from across the constituency to visit Parliament and to show them around. I would like to thank everyone who attended. I would also like to thank Voel Coaches for helping to make it possible.”

Due to the success of the trip, another trip will be planned in September.

Eirlys Rawson, Secretary of St. Asaph Football Club said “It was a wonderful opportunity and thoroughly enjoyable visit to the Houses of Parliament last week.
